Hotel a West Newton

“2nd floor room was spacious but the whole floor smelled like old cigarettes. It is now a non-smoking hotel but the smell is awful. Our room overlooked the lobby entrance and we had to request the desk person to ask the people out there to not smoke as the smell was coming in our room. They were very loud out there until after 11. lots of traffic noise too. Room was decent, clean but smelly”

“The seats on the bed in the first room or dirty and the room stunk. They moved me to another room sheets in that bed were dirty as well I went to the front desk to ask if they had any clean sheets that I could put on myself they told me no I asked if there was another room they could move me to even though the other four buildings had no cars in the parking lot they told me no.. they did offer for me to cancel my reservation but I already had plans in the area if you're going to own a hotel you...

“First we rented a roof that had a handicapped accessible restroom. When we arrived the room was unavailable they said bc of a water leak. So we were stuck in a room with a bathroom the size of a closet. Not wheelchair friendly at all. The good part was the service to try and replace the room was excellent and the people working there very helpful and nice. The room was nice and clean so I'll give it that. The hallways going to the rooms are not clean however. But keys worked the inside and...

“Location right next to highway. Parking is easy. Breakfast is good. ”

“After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater.”
